PRICING & PACKAGES

How much do professional headshots cost in Ontario?

Sessions start at $260 + HST for the Essential Session (45 minutes, one retouched image or 60-second video). The Enhanced Creative Session is $590 + HST (2 hours, five retouched images, video options, full crop kit). Corporate team pricing is available across Sarnia, London, Toronto, and Southwestern Ontario.

What's included in a headshot session?

Wardrobe consultation, professional posing direction, online proof gallery, expert retouching, and 48-hour delivery. All sessions include high-resolution files optimized for LinkedIn, websites, and email signatures.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes, payment plans are available for packages over $500.

Are there additional costs?

Travel fees apply outside Sarnia: London ($105), Toronto/GTA ($210). Extra retouched images are $30 each. Rush 24-hour delivery is +50% of the session fee.

How far in advance should I book?

2–3 weeks is ideal. For corporate teams, 3–4 weeks. Same-week bookings are sometimes available.

Do you offer same-day sessions?

Yes, subject to availability, with a same-day delivery fee of +100% of the session fee. Call (647) 802-9247.

Can you photograph our team at our office?

Yes. I bring full studio lighting on location and create a consistent look for teams of any size.

What if I need to reschedule?

Sessions can be rescheduled up to 48 hours before your appointment at no charge.

PROCESS & EXPERIENCE

How long does a session take?

Essential Session: 45 minutes. Enhanced Creative Session: 2 hours.

What should I wear?

You'll receive a wardrobe guide tailored to your industry before your session. Bring 3–4 outfit options in colours that complement your skin tone.

How many photos will I receive?

You'll receive a proof gallery to review, with 1 retouched image included in the Essential Session and 5 in the Enhanced Creative Session. Additional retouching is $30 per image.

VIDEO

Do you offer video content creation?

Yes. A 60-second video introduction is available as the deliverable in the Essential Session, as an add-on to any headshot session, or as a standalone Talking Head Video booking (30 minutes, $225 + HST). Longer packages are available — email for details.

Do you provide background removal?

Yes. $20 per image, delivered as transparent PNGs.

Can you optimize images for LinkedIn?

Yes. LinkedIn-optimized crops and sizing are included in every session delivery.

CORPORATE & TEAM SESSIONS

How are team sessions priced?

Per-person pricing: 2–5 people at $180/person, 6–15 people at $155/person, 16+ people at $130/person. Corporate day rates start at $1,050 + HST for a half-day (up to 15 people).

Can you shoot both team portraits and facility photography?

Yes. Facility and culture photography (10 images) is available as an add-on at $250.

Do you specialize in law firms and healthcare?

Yes. I understand industries where imagery needs to balance authority, trust, and compliance.

Where are you located?

Primary studio in Sarnia at 1109 Lakeshore Road. Sessions also available across London, Toronto, and Southwestern Ontario.

Do you travel?

Yes. Travel fees: Sarnia area (no charge), London ($105), Toronto/GTA ($210), beyond GTA (custom quote).

Can out-of-province clients book?

Yes. Clients are welcome Canada-wide.
