STUDIO SESSIONS

Essential Session — $260 + HST 45 minutes

ON-LOCATION SESSIONS

Brand Story Essential — $620 + HST 2 hours on-location

  • 10 retouched images

  • Shot list planning + mood direction

  • Mix of portraits, environment, and detail shots

  • 48-hour delivery

Brand Story Enhanced — $980 + HST 3 hours on-location

  • 10 retouched images

  • 3 video clips (15–30s each)

  • Brand Messaging Guide: key hooks + CTAs in your voice

CORPORATE & TEAM SESSIONS

I bring the studio to you. Consistent portraits that actually look like your people.

Team Headshots — per person:

  • 2–5 people: $180/person (25–30 min each)

  • 6–15 people: $155/person (15–20 min each)

  • 16+ people: $130/person (15–20 min each)

Group photo available if space allows. Studio sessions cannot accommodate group shots.

Corporate Day Rates:

  • Half-Day (4 hours): $1,050 — up to 15 people

  • Healthcare Half-Day: $1,550 — medical compliance

  • Full-Day (8 hours): $2,100 — up to 20 people

  • Enterprise Full-Day: $2,600 — up to 30 people

Add-ons:

  • Leadership video (60s from executive): +$200

  • Brand strategy consultation (30 min): +$150

  • Facility/culture photography (10 images): +$250

  • Bundle — Half-Day + Leadership + Strategy: $1,350 (save $100)
